What the dealer should have done is called you and said:
"Hi Mr. XXX. We just realized that we made a big mistake when pricing your new Durango. We found that we undercharged you by $1,300.
We just wanted to let you know, so you understand what a great deal you got. We know you are a regular customer and we really appreciate your business. We hope you will think of us first, the next time you need a vehicle. Thanks again for your business!
!"
This is exactly what should have happened. The dealership keeps a good customer and everyone is happy.




And enjoy the new Durango. They are super nice. I looked at a Citadel here for the Mrs.
