Skorpion by far.
Or Human Smoke.
MK3 was my favorite. I still play it on ocassion.
Ermac is cool too, but he was a hidden character. (more hidden than Human Smoke)
Tekken
Jin (the different iterations are cool too) and Law are my favorite.
