Alabama red clay at it's finest, packs really well for building but is tough on grass. After I get the final grade and get the concrete poured for the drive I will have to bring in about 8 loads of topsoil so that I can get the grass to grow.
I think I should have enough room for my things, hopefully so. My other garage will hold 3 vehicles but is tough with the boat.
The garage doors are 10 foot wide and 8 foot tall on the side and the middle is 16 wide and 8 foot tall so I should be able to pretty much get anything I want inside.
