I live in Sugar Land (about 30 mins from downtown Houston) and this almost never happens. But in Houston crime is everywhere. Sugar Land is very safe. Lots of wealthy successful people live there and police are always patrolling the streets. Theres a dead end a street over from my house and i've seen police sit there at like 2 - 4 in the morning just looking for any suspicious activity. Im glad i live there. I feel every safe. I know it doesn't matter where you live as crime will find its way there but im glad the poilce here do everything to keep Sugar Land safe.
