No those are the "easier" classes. This class is Criminal law and procedure, it's taught by the founder of the criminal justice department and long time chair. (he stepped down this year althoguh he's still the "head"). He is super strict in his grading, and he considers a D- a "good" grade. So when I go to ask for help, he says I'm doing just fine......

I would have a 3.5 GPA right now, but they counted the Stats and Psychology classes towards my major GPA and I got D's and C's.
I hated Stats with a passion.
