Unfortunately, yes. While we understand that the sight of rusted out vehicles in a front yard with vegitation growing out of it may not be pleasant to the neighborhood, it also shouldn't outlaw someone from having a project or parts car on their own property. That's why SEMA has a common sense bill that says these types of vehicles can be on private property so long as they are obscured out of reasonable plain view (with shrubberty, trees, fencing, etc.).
