Quite possibly, depending on the content of your car. This is a very important bill. Not to be rude, but you shouldn't think of this as, "how does this bill help me?" Rather, you should think of it as, "how does this bill help the hobby?" It will allow countless cars to not be registered and enjoyed on Texas' roads. Imagine... buying a kit or a project car, sourcing parts, working, and building only to find out the DMV won't let you put the car on the road. This bill prevents that from happening anymore.
