I must say this. When I say barely eating I don't mean a peice of lettuce in the morning and half of a peanut at night. My typical day was apple and protein drink for breakfast, bannana for lunch. Two non-fat hotdogs with bun and mustard at night and some popcorn as a snack in the evening. Coffe all day. THATS IT. Not another morsel of anything. To me that's barely eating.
Just some 'FOOD' for thought.
