Dude, I lost 30 lbs. in 10 weeks by eating one small meal per day and drinking tons of water. Fruit is fine 2 or three times but I never cut out sugar. I drank coffee alot.
I would keep your exersising up but I never did it even once. My shoulders are fried from lifting yrs ago and I'm not a big cardio guy. Just a thought.
