I found it interesting watching Sports Center yesterday when asked which playoff team from this year Teddy Bruschi thought would most likely make a Super Bowl run he mentioned the Colts. He cited the amount of experience the young players got because of all the injuries we had (finished with 17 on IR.) I'm not saying the injuries are an excuse, see the Packers, but I think with many of our guys back healthy we could get there.
On a side note, he also picked the Cowboys as the most likely Super Bowl team next year that did not make the playoffs this year.
Personally I think we need to focus on the offensive line. They can pass block with the best, but don't seem to know how to get it done running the ball, and they aren't getting any younger. If we can get that going look for the Colts offense to look like it did the year Peyton had 49 TD passes.
Another thing that could hurt us is it doesn't look like the Colts have a very tough schedule next year, minus playing the Pats and Steelers.
