I found this on the official MRE website: "Each MRE provides an average of 1,250 calories (13% protein, 36% fat, and 51% carbohydrates) and 1/3 of the Military Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins and minerals. A full day's worth of meals would consist of three MREs."



As you can see, they are pretty high in fat...but the good news is, I don't typically eat the whole thing...they are very filling!! So think I will probably just eat the main dish and supplement with my own healthy foods for the rest. At least try to maintain some balance and sanity check on the calories!

As mentioned, I plan on using some pics as progress checks...I realized I hadn't posted up a pic in this thread...I don't have any bikini shots or anything and nothing from the backside cuz frankly, I have the flattest butt on earth LoL. Anyway, these are the best two pics I have that depict my "baseline"...they were taken over the summer.
