MREs are "Meals, Ready To Eat)...they have 1200 calories in ONE meal! I will say they have come a long way in taste and variety. As for the Bod Pod, since I am in training and will head straight from here to Afghanistan I probably won't get an opportunity to get measured before I leave. So in absense of that I am planning on using pics to help measure my success!
