I was just looking at the ratios in a calculator and I may eliminate the 6pm peanut butter and double the protein.
I love peanut butter LOL.
Ugh, they just brought in Jet's pizza here at the office for everybody. Between that and vendors bringing me boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts sheesh. Lucky I'm disciplined.
Here's a meal replacement shake I like for those interested.
1 scoops ON Whey protein
1/2 banana
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup low fat milk
Mix in a blender = delicious
For bulking I double everything in the shake.
