Chicken stir fry (prolly half breast of chicken 2 cups veggies), spinach salad, maybe 1/2 cup instant rice maybe not we'll see.

This is looking better, not sure if you could but If you move one of the snacks to before lunch and one to after dinner it would make more sense.it would be much more balanced and provide a more equal blood sugar level(insulin) A couple of questions to help me understand, what's with the peant butter, this menu seems much more balanced but the peanut butter makes the fat content a bit high
