Breakfast
8am 1 egg beater, 2 turkey bacon, 1/4 cup oats, 1tbsp ICBINBL, 2 cups coffee
12pm Lunch
1 cup turkey chili, 1 slice low fat cheese, 1 oz baked chips
3pm snack
carb master yogurt, 1 raw carrot, 1tbsp peanut butter, 1 orange
6pm snack
1 scoop ON whey, 1tbsp peanut butter
Dinner 8pm
Chicken stir fry (prolly half breast of chicken 2 cups veggies), spinach salad, maybe 1/2 cup instant rice maybe not we'll see.
