Think I'm gonna have to go get a private stash of tuna pouches, cliff bar, fresh fruit, almonds and whatever other healthy things I can get my paws on to at least limit the MRE calories.

Don't worry about the scales, if you had a lot of excess weight (fat) to loose I would be concerned a little bit that it does not show on the scale but from the stats that you gave scale movement won't be that great, the visible results you are getting are a much better indicator. Also even though I do not know what are in MRE's I have seen something sometime ago in that the rations the army provides are designed to be balanced and provide adequate nutrition. Sometimes even if the calorie content is slightly high if proportioned right it may not be that much of a setback also when calorie intake is restricted for a lengthy period it is sometimes advantageous to up the calorie intake for a short period, so all in all I would say keep things the way they are, at any time no changes are indicated for a period of about two weeks or if things go the wrong way (weight gain) then re-evaluate your plan but for now I'd say it looks great. If I remember correctly it was maybe 3-4 weeks ago you had the bodpod measurement taken, when will you be able to do it again?
