Same result different foods, here's why, steak high quality protein with plenty of amino's, baked potato high GI carb, very typical for body builders and weight lifters
ON Whey protein high quality protein, maltidextrose or other simple carb high GI same result but less calories if bulking. I myself always use a post workout shake followed by a solid mealf protein and carbs.
