CFD, you are giving some good advice here, but I don't think he needs to add any malidextrose to his protein PWO. I am not going against your advice, but I think if Speedy found something that works, he should jump all over it. Everyone is different and finding how our body works is the challenge.
"I've found in my case that when cutting I shred the fat a bit faster working out on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I hit that scoop of protein to help avoid as much catobolism, but I don't want any carbs there so my body has to search for energy sources. It'll hit the fat stores first as they're easier to break down than muscle. I do need to add that post workout shake though, I've been reading up on that, but I'll have to cut something else from my diet to make up for the calories."
If this works, and he knows it works, he should jump all this over routine and base his meals/nutrition around it.
In the PB comparision.. one is Vegatable oil, the other is.. oh, nothing. Don't compare nutrition, compare ingrediants
