I've been eating good lately too. Finding out I have a gluten intollerance basically means no more fast food for me.
Well, at least I won't have to worry about my cholesterol anymore.

Believe ME it was a severe case:( I had to miss work one day and I sat in my bed 16 hours. I SERIOUSLY felt like 95 instead of 28. I had such severe pains in my stomach I felt like I was in labor:( It eventually came down where I couldn't even keep water down. I got dehydrated and I sent myself to the hospital. They stuck me in the ER and the nurse jabbed with a whole bunch of needles and gave me the IV fluids and basically sent me home after 2 hours and gave me 6 pain pills. I was basically eating Jello only the next week but I'm FINE now.
I got my health testing coming up in early March. So I gave up my Starbucks 400 calories I don't need and I'm saving LOTS of money each month the $4.00 daily DOES add up

I've been givng up fast food too. My cholesterol was over by one point last year
