Hopefully they come up with a software update for the '11 Equinox. I called the dealer and they said no updates they can find but lots of others complaining. I think the trans stays in the higher gears into too low a speed/RPM for the motor. If your up in 6th and the speed drops to 55-60 range, the motor just bogs and drones. It has another problem spot around 39/40ish, probably in 5th.
