It's the classic scam. Ebay, Autotrader, Craigslist.... they are full of scams like that. They say anything to make it sound like a perfect deal. At the last minute they will want to transact some money via Western Union, and then they dissapear.
You don't even want to send them emails, because they will hack/steal your email, Ebay account... They are probably communicating with you through a stolen email. Probably haven't talked by phone either?
Tell them you have someone local to the car and dealer today, and would like to see the car and talk to the dealer today. Any excuses, send all the info to the FBI. They have an internet crimes dept.
