I was going to add tricep exercises, but that is on the day 5 schedule. Seriously...I need to post up that workout routine. It's cool to run the new routine...change up the different types of reps, etc. My chest feels it for suer, though. Hitting the gym once again tomorrow morning. Missed today...had court in the morning..2nd day in a row. SUCKS. But, back at it in the am.
