I can't be bothered to setup a proxy, there have only been one or two instances where I haven't been able to find an equivelent in Canada, most Americans shows are rebroadcast on Canadian channels and they do the same thing on the web. So if there was something on America's Comedy Central (or its website), you'd probably be able to see it on Canada's Comedy Network (or its website). Same thing happens with the major networks and a lot of the specialty channels. But I imagine its a very different story in Russia.
