Played it for about 2 hours last night and love it so far. The opening sequence had me cursing a few times (not spoiling it), but after I got though it I thought it was pretty cool.
I am however highly disappointed with the collectors edition. I should have figured for only $20 more that the plasma cutter replica would have been garbage...which it is. This thing is some junk that looks like it came from the toy isle at a dollar store, and is only about the size of my hand.
I was expecting something 1:1 ratio like the lancer I got from ordering Gears of War 2 from Amazon (but that was like $60 more for the CE). Oh well you live and you learn
