Last night my dad was doing his usual workout and was doing some jump rope, about 30 mins in to it I hear him fall on the ground, and my mom screaming. I run in the bedroom and see him collapsed on the ground not breathing. I perform CPR until the fire dept. arrives and they give him a shock, loads of medicine, and compressions for 40 mins. Is heart would start beating again so on 1-25-11 around 11pm they announced my father dead, possibly from a massive heart attack, he was 43, my mom 39, my brother 13, and me 16. My mom and my grandma (my dad's mom) have been continuously crying for the last 10 hours and I feel completely hopeless. This year has seemed to turn for the worst, this is the year for SAT's, ACT's, and college applications and is one of the most important years in my life for education and this has added lots of stress. I seriously have no idea what to do anymore.
