It's just giving you something to look at while attempting to run to the end of the planet on that treadmill. Big thing here, don't worry about that number. Stay with your diet, stay with your exercising, it will show. Everyone is doing great. If you are struggling and need a little extra, let us know, shot me a pm and we can get back on track. For those stuck on your diets and were doing well, give more information. The more info you give, the better we can help tweak and improve.

Thanks so much for the help and encouragement. I set my treadmill up this weekend and the little monitor thing doesn't work. So, I set a time and keep up a pace. Started at 15min, then 20 min and I plan to increase it to 45-60 min until I can get outside. I had to laugh, when I got home later than usual, I thought "Oh I'll just skip the treadmill and relax, it's late", but Biggest Loser was on TV......off I went......20min watching HGTV, one of my favorites.

I really appreciate everyones input and advice. I know it's a marathon not a sprint, but I sure wish it would happen faster.....oh well I feel better and that's a sucess in itself.
