The "one-who-signs-the-checkbook" reminded me this morning as I was walking out the door NOT TO BUY A CAR TODAY! She'd like me to for once, take my time and not fall in love at the first car I see that is on my list. Man, it is so damn hard to not leave work early or take an extended lunch to go car shopping! I am right in between two major rows of new car dealers.
On my way home last night, I found myself missing my exit and continuing on another 7 miles to a Ford Dealer where a Race Red 2011 GT500 is sitting in the show room. SVT package, narrow white stripes, Audio/Navigation option, argh argh argh argh!!!

My little boys want me to build another 1965 Shelby Cobra replica. Arrrghhhh! but they are too little to help me at this point so maybe in a 5 years.

The CTS-V is an awesome machine but no offense to anyone...I have never been a fan of Caddilac styling. It will be another 20 years before the Caddy stigma that is burned in my brain may go away.

Buick Grand National....nah, never fancied them enough to own one. I think they are awesomely menacing cars for their era. The GNx was/is the one to own.

I am going to call Dodge dealers today and find out how much they are marking up their 392s.

CPO'd M3, now that is appealing to me.

Darn it. This is why I have always fallen in love at first sight..too many to choose from AGAIN!
There is a gentleman that sells Mopars on ChallengerTalk and will not add a mark-up. He is in Indiana I believe but does deliver (for an additional charge of course). Oh, they just started taking orders for a new color this month, envy me green or something like that. Haven't seen the actual color yet but is possible similar to the Viper Snakeskin screen and also comes with the Black pocket wheels from the Furious Fuscia SRTs.
