Haha I probably could use a little ass kicking.

If your struggling, stop and think real hard about the end result

I'd give it a try before CFD get there

Thanks guys. My whole MO when it comes to doing anything is super excited about doing it, and therefore do it everyday for like 2 weeks, then it slowly the excitment gets drained and it now because a chore and eventually a job where I say (damn gotta go run again today). Then I'll take like 1 day off and say I need a day of rest and I'll start up tomorrow, then I skip the next day and the next and eventually I just quit by just giving up. Thats one of the one things I'm trying to work on, and currently am with the running, although its not getting easier. I think I honestly do need to start looking at the end result and the reaching the goal that I set for myself. I think somewhere in highdschool I lost a lot of motivation (somewhere around senior year) that I need to find again. I think I always thought my goal was "easy" (though I knew it wasn't but my brain was telling me it was), and since it's not easy its been discouraging me.

Anyways I just noticed that this is a NYR Weight loss thread (I thought I read it before as a NYR thread), and I'm not doing that (my mom would be pissed if I was). I'm actually doing a sort of NYR/Bucket List #1 item. So I'm going to stop posting in this thread, and leave with some good lucks to you guys as some of you guys seems to be making some great progress on your goals.
