If it were me I probably would maintain healthy eating habits, you could consider protein shakes as meal replacements and a good source of soft nutrition would be eggs for something solid. Use the three days to give your body a break especially if you train hard. Sometimes a good rest does wonders and in some instances can help to break a plateu.

Agreed, everyone reacts differently to oral surgery, but I wouldn't count on feeling like exercising at all. You'll have to start out with broth or something like that I think...If I remember
