After having 3 wisdom teeth pulled working out may not be the best choice. If it were me I probably would maintain healthy eating habits, you could consider protein shakes as meal replacements and a good source of soft nutrition would be eggs for something solid. Use the three days to give your body a break especially if you train hard. Sometimes a good rest does wonders and in some instances can help to break a plateu.
