We can actually call between 8am and 9pm in the customers time zone. Unfortunately we are also open 7 days a week. I DON'T DO SUNDAYS!!! I can't say I agree with it, calling on weekends, but it is a good day to contact people. Trust me, it's a situation where I was out of work and on unemployment, they offered and I accepted, beats the alternative. If I knew half the stuff about credit cards I know now when I was 18, I wouldn't be in the debt I'm in now. We DO call employers if we have a business number the customer gave us but we don't give out any personal info to anyone, at work or at home. Plus it's NOT a 3rd party company so we aren't jerks and aren't able to act a fool on the phone. Just a job, definitely NOT a career.
