First step is to take it to a vet for a check up. Ask the vet for suggested food for that young. I'd crate train. And take outdoors often to start house training. At one month it will be going to the bathroom very often.
A big crate with a small low divider will help divide it's bedroom from the bathroom. Put newspaper in one end and blankets in the other. That will let you sleep through the night, if it needs to go it can just use the paper. Then after a while, start removing the paper and just make the crate a bedroom.
Huskys are pack and den dogs. They do great with crates if done right, it will learn to use it as it's den. Being a pack dog, it will want to be by your side constantly.
