Went to the gym.
40 on the elliptical
15 on the treadmill
2 ab supersets

For breakfast: Toast and boiled egg (180)
Snack: 3/4c of Kashi (140)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine (230)
Snack: Grapes (80)
Dinner: Home made veggie pizza
