Yeah, I could be wrong on the exact way he told me, I think he said, when you wake up in the morning you can't eat or drink anything for so many hours, but I'm having it done in a couple of months so I'll let ya'll know exactly what he tells me to do. That's why morning readngs are suggested, most normal people don't eat or drink while they're sleeping so it allows for a 6-8 hour fast deppending on sleep habbits.
