When I asked my trainer if he could get my fat pecentage he said ok but we can't just check it now, he said I would have to wait till the next day and not eat or drink anything for like 4 hours or so before he could do the test, needless to say I never had it done because of my tight schedule, but what I'm saying is I don't think anything will give a proper reading unless you go to a fitness trainer (expert) and have it done the "proper" way. I wouldn't worry too much about that, just keep doing what your doing and what makes sense.
