.I myself feel great, after a very physical week yesterday I was hurting pretty good myself.Today I awakened with almost no soreness what so ever, I have seen this before, it means my muscles have recouperated very quickly and I will without a doubt see a significant increase in the weight I will lift .I will finish up week 1 tomorrow and can't wait for week 2 to begin on Monday when I hit it hard, meanwhile I will be upping protein and starchy carbs slightly, gotta feed them muscles. Keep up the good work, you all inspire me to push harder.
