How many people do you think would appreciate a higher ride quality? compare that to the amount of people who would ever seriously track the car, and you have the reason as to why this topic is not worth debating.
Gator, you dont buy a muscle car for ride quality. Garage is right, Ford knows their demographic and they want the solid axle. Though it may not be the best for handleing, it is the best for toughness, mechanical simplicity, and cost over the irs. Its gonna be fun watching and seeing just how much abuse the halfshafts on the irs SS can take.
