Well today is my cheat day. Its my going away party for work tonight. Today is as follows.
Breakfast: boiled egg, 1 piece of toast (190 calories)
Snack: kashi cereal (140 calories, only had 3/4 a cup)
Lunch: Smart one (230 calories)
Snack: grapes and pecans (280)
Dinner: Old mexico tacos (corn tortilla, fajita beef, onions and avacado) from Margaritas, and a small 6oz daquiri.
Work out: 40 minutes of supersets and 10 minutes on the bike.
