You cannot claim 'double negatives' for that sentence because they are not applicable. However, even if they were, the assumption that the antonym of 'nothing' is 'everything' is incorrect. In this context, the proper antonym is 'something'. They result would therefore be 'But post something. That doesn't count' which is an awkward structure for a short paragraph. The period should be removed, thus changing the statement to 'But post something that doesn't count'
