It absolutely depends on where you are. When I travel to California or New York my AT&T signal is horrible, but here at home it's much better. Verizon definitely has the strongest network out there, but it will be interesting to see how they handle the influx of new iPhones.

I don't think the new model will be LTE, as the network won't be complete for two years. I guess anything's possible, but I highly doubt it.
It's my understanding that the next iPhone will be CDMA and GSM (not LTE). This would make more sense based on Apple's philosophy. Right now they're going to have to sell two different models in their stores, but with the next generation they can stick to one device.
