I gave into temptation today.

Been craving a Wahoos chicken bowl (chicken, black beans, brown rice/
calories 1050).
BUT. I got the kids size.

Only 480 calories. For breakfast: Boiled egg, piece of toast (total 190 calories). Snack: Bag of grapes, a few cashews.
Goal for today, burn that off at the gym!! And im so sore. Yesterday I lifted weights and bent the sapphire ring skip bought ne so much I could barely get it off.
