That's why diets are so hard to stick to. You deprive yourself of foods you love but you don't know what to eat in place of it, well this book tells you. I still ate Wendy's, Subway, McDonald's alot due to my work hours but when I went there I knew which were better choices. 6 people at my work bought the book after I told them about it

From what I can see from the cover they are suggesting a big mac over the wopper to save on cals and fat. Well I guess in fact you would be eating less cals BUT YOU'VE GOTTA BE JOKIN" ME, RIGHT. Honestly any book that suggests eating a smaller amount of s^&T is better IMHO is not worth spending money on. I don't recall the names but there are books that are based on the same idea that would suggest picking one of their healthier salads, those books just like their food choices might be a better option.
