NEED HELP

I was replacing the spark plugs on my 1999 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 L V8. I successfully removed 7 of the 8, the passenger side back spark plugs is &$@#@$%$.! I had barely enough room for 5/8 socket and socket wrench, not to mention less than 1 inch to to work the wrench. I tried and tried and tried and just couldn't get it to budge...then vwalla it moved....well it didnt take long to figure out why, the plug nut, not the plug itself, sheered off the plug leaving the plug in its hole and nothing to grab it with. WHAT DO I DO? I need my car for monday to go to work, I can't miss or I will get fired (fire acadamey with no miss policy)? is there anything that i can do?
