Sometimes weight is not important, you have to listen to your body, If I start cutting and lose a little body fat at 56 my abs still pop but I stay where I am ( yes I've got a little bit of a belly) because I feel good at this weight. Not saying I feel bad when I'm cut just in general feel good where I am and that's what's important.
