When I was 18 and younger, I could and did eat like this all the time as well. At 18 I joined the Air Force weighing 105 pounds. As I started working more and exercising less my weight got up to 210 by age 25 (and it wasn't muscle). I stayed around 200 pretty much until I was 33 when I decided it was time for a change. I got down to 165 and then the holidays hit and I got back up to 175. Now I am working to get back to 165 or less.

Moral of the story, just because you can eat that way now, does not mean it won't eventually catch up to you and when it does, the weight tends to go on fast.
There are some body types that can eat like that their whole lives and never gain weight, they are usually the same types that can eat perfectly and train hard and never gain substantial muscle. The first example are usually really not healthy just skinny. The ones that do gain the weight as do most people don't even see it coming, you wake up one day and it's there at that point most people accept it and it goes down hill rapidly. The thing is no matter how bad or hopeless it seems it's not hopeless just challenging. It takes patience a common sence approach and HARD WORK but beleive me it won't kill you ( if you follow reasonable guide lines) and most likely will save your life, besides the added benefit of looking hot.
