Just because your thin doesn't mean your not unhealthy! Some of us do not have weight problems but we want to live a healthy lifestyle and to be quite honost get freaking "RIPPED" so CFD is right if you don't have anything positive to say do not post, this thread is meant to stay motivated and HELP OTHERS!
