Breakfast: Boiled egg, 1pc of whole wheat toast w/ fat free butter spray (175)
Snack: 1 serving of Kashi cereal dry (140)
Lunch: Chickfila Southwest Chargrilled Salad with 2 tsp. Light italian (320 calories)
Snack: 2 apple with a sprinkle of salt (CAN'T RESIST IT, 162 calories)
Dinner: Probably spring rolls or pho, idk.
Workout: 35 mins of weightlifting/supersets.... I AM JELLO.
