Ok, maybe it's just me, but all of that is too much work! I don't want to have to worry about the percentages of everything I eat and be forced to work an algebra problem every time I want a snack

If I get that deep into it, I'll burn out in a hurry!
I'll stick with calorie counting and will pay attention to the fat and carb levels in everything as well, but that's all I can give right now.
