I find a good example would be anything in your food pantry, grab a package of something you think/or is stated to be healthy and go past the hoopla and read the ingredient list. That's the info you need. If you buy a breakfeast cerial for example, the label might say something like heart healthy, no trans fat, reduced fat, reduced sugar etc. etc. now read the ingreadients. You will find all sorts of stuff in there that you know just from the sound is not healthy. Another key is the items on the ingedient list are in order, there are larger quantities of the first ingredient than the last so if you buy whole grain bread and there is 8 ingredients before the whole grain guess what?
I agree 100%. She said is is pretty sure it just said grain on the back but we will get some more. She said you can get frozen brown rice as well that takes 6 mins to heat up and its just precooked. But easy.

I always read the back of the box or carton. Like yogart. People buy LF or FF yogart and think its good for them but they dont notice that they often put tons of sugar in there to make it taste better. Some cereals may be low fat but you may not be getting the same nutrition as you might can get in another that has a few more calories.

And always if you see something the back of the box that looks weird, google it. You should know what you are adding to your body.
