No problem adding carbs when you need to, but did you know your body is smarter than you.

Your body can convert protein (and fats) to carbs for energy, but it can not convert carbs to protein for muscle building.
Do you care for any of the high quality protein shakes (or protein powders). Like VPX Zero Carb protein (Graham Cracker..OMG is so good).
Protein for Vegetarins:
Legumes (beans/soy beans)
Nuts/Seeds
Dairy
Cereal-Food grains
Fruits
EGGS!
